The Event Centre for the Easter 3 Days will be in Stanthorpe with the Prologue event and Days 1 and 3 of Easter all located no more than 30 mins drive from the town. The venue for Day 2 will be 50km west of Warwick, which is 60km north of Stanthorpe, and is therefore about 80 mins drive from Stanthorpe.

Stanthorpe is situated 220km from Brisbane on the New England Highway, a 3 hour drive from the Brisbane Airport. The town and surrounding areas has a wide variety of accommodation on offer, from caravan parks to resorts and bed and breakfasts.

Please note that a large number of backpackers and other itinerant works come to Stanthorpe over summer and autumn to pick fruit and vegetables so early bookings of accommodation in caravan parks over Easter is therefore recommended.

Camping

Camping for orienteers has also been organised at the Stanthorpe Showgrounds on the northern entrance to the town.
 
It offers basic facilities of toilets, showers and laundry for $16 per site per night for an unpowered site or $22 for a powered site/night (based on a up to 4 people).

Bookings and payment for this will be able to be made on the entry form.

The Showgrounds will also be the event centre for the 3 Days.


Accommodation - Brisbane

The Brisbane events on Saturday 14 April will be at Kelvin Grove, just north of the inner city for the morning event, and at the St Lucia campus of the University of Queensland, 15 minutes south of the city, in the afternoon.

As the Sunday event at Mundoolun is 49km south of Brisbane, off the Mount Lindsay Highway, it may be preferable to organise your Saturday night accommodation on the southside of the city.
